12 July 2021, Kolkata: Journalist-author Anshul Chaturvedi shared his views on his new book on Swami Vivekananda at a virtual session of The Write Circle Special, organised by Prabha Khaitan Foundation and presented by Shree Cement. Filmmaker and environmentalist, Padma Shri Nila Madhab Panda, engaged Anshul in a lively chat, which was followed by a Q&A session. The session was introduced by Rishma Gill of Ehsaas Woman of Chandigarh.

The book, titled The Vivekananda Handbook for Everyday Living, is an essential guide to apply the principles of Swami Vivekananda’s teachings to one’s everyday life. The book was officially launched on June 28, 2021.

“This is not a scholarly analysis of his religious views, but a narration of the practicality of his thoughts to our daily life. It is not an academic work – there are already many such works on him – but more of a travelogue where Vivekananda is the travel guide,” the author explained in response to a query from the audience. “I didn’t write this as a gyan (pontification) statement. The idea is that the book should be easy to comprehend and implement – not be read as an intimidating religious book primarily about the greatness of the person concerned.”

“The reason the book hasn’t come along that way is also because of the same philosophy which this individual (Swami Vivekananda) planted into my head very early when I was younger and more combative,” Anshul added. “I kept the book to what I have practically experienced – how I saw him through my eyes. That is it. In the last 100 years, many scholars have written about him. So I did not need to reiterate his greatness. I am not qualified to comment on his personality – his stature and intellect are immense. I am qualified to comment on how he has shaped my thinking,” he said.

Nila, who has made award-winning films like I Am Kalam, Kadvi Hawa and Kalira Atita, said that he has mostly come across bulky, multi-volume readings on the monk and was quite impressed with how this book distils and explains Vivekanada’s teachings in less than 200 pages. He added that the book was a mental and emotional booster in today’s difficult times.

The book, which is now available on Amazon, is priced at Rs 279 (kindle edition) and Rs 499 (paperback).

आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत ने मुश्लिम विद्वान की पुस्तक “द मीटिंग ऑफ माइंड्स” का किया अनावरण

5 जुलाई 2021 गाजियाबाद : भारत में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ अल्पसंख्यकों के खिलाफ है, या भारत में इस्लाम खतरे में है। इस देश में रहनेवाले अल्पसंख्यकों को इस भ्रम एवं गलत अफवाह से भयभीत होने एवं बचने की जरूरत है। मेरा निजी मानना है कि इस देश में हिंदू और मुस्लिम दोनों का डीएनए एक ही है और दोनों एक हीं इकाई हैं। कोलकाता के ‘प्रभा खेतान फाउंडेशन’ एवं ‘श्री सीमेंट’ के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में मुस्लिम राष्ट्रीय मंच के सहयोग से रविवार को गाजियाबाद में आयोजित ‘किताब’ मंच पर पुस्तक के अनावरण मौके पर डॉ. मोहन राव भागवत (सरसंघचालक, आरएसएस) ने यह बातें कहीं। उन्होंने डॉ. ख्वाजा इफ्तिखार अहमद की पुस्तक ‘द मीटिंग ऑफ माइंड्स: ए ब्रिजिंग इनिशिएटिव’ का अनावरण किया।

डॉ. भागवत ने कहा: जब लोग हिंदू-मुस्लिम एकता की आवश्यकता के बारे में हमे बोलते हैं, तो हम उन्हें कहते हैं कि हम तो पहले से ही एक हैं, हम अलग कहां हैं।

इस कार्यक्रम का सीधा प्रसारण किया गया था, जिसमें दुनिया भर के प्रमुख प्रोफेसर, विद्वान, छात्र और प्रतिष्ठित हस्तियां शामिल हुए थे। लेखक डॉ ख्वाजा इफ्तिखार अहमद, जो श्रद्धेय विद्वान, दार्शनिक और अकादमिक भी हैं। उन्ह‍ोंने कहा कि, यह एक ऐतिहासिक क्षण है क्योंकि बुद्धिजीवी एक बिंदु पर ही हमेशा मिलते हैं। इस पुस्तक को लिखने में मुझे ग्यारह महीने लगे, मेरी यह पुस्तक अर्थशास्त्र, राजनीति, भावनात्मक और कई अन्य पहलुओं का एक ईमानदार निचोड़ है, जो कल के भारत का भाग्य और हमारे देश के राष्ट्रीय हित को निर्धारित करेगा। हमें वार्ता की जरूरत है गतिरोध की नहीं, हिंदुओं और मुसलमानों के बीच विश्वास और भाईचारा होना चाहिए और हम मिलकर भारत को ‘विश्व गुरु’ बनाने में सक्षम हैं, और हम इस देश को विश्वगुरु बनाकर रहेंगे। उनकी यह पुस्तक अंग्रेजी, हिंदी और उर्दू भाषा में उपलब्ध है।

डॉ ख्वाजा ने कहा, ईमानदारी, अखंडता और विश्वसनीयता किसी भी रिश्ते की पहचान होती है। यही हमारे भविष्य की सभी कार्यों का पहल और मार्गदर्शन करेंगी। उन्होंने खेद व्यक्त किया कि आज की धर्मनिरपेक्ष राजनीति ने हमें मृतप्राय के समान कर दिया है। अगर हमारे बीच कोई संगठन नहीं है, तो कोई विचारधारा नहीं है, यदि कोई विचारधारा नहीं है, तो कोई विचारक नहीं है, यदि कोई विचारक नहीं है, तो कोई दिशा नहीं है।

ख्वाजा ने प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा, हम भाग्यशाली हैं कि हमें अब तक के सबसे निर्णायक प्रधानमंत्री में से एक मिला है।

वहीं इस सत्र मौके पर डॉ. मोहन भागवत ने कहा कि, राजनीतिक दल लोगों को एकजुट करने या विभाजन को गहरा करने में मदद करने के लिए उपकरण के रूप में कार्य नहीं कर सकते हैं, लेकिन इसे प्रभावित कर सकते हैं। भारत में बहुसंख्यकवादी भावना के जोर पकड़ने की आशंका को दूर करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि, जब अल्पसंख्यकों पर अत्याचार होता हैं, तो देखा जाता है कि इसके विरोध की आवाज बहुसंख्यकों से ही उठती है। अगर कोई कहता है कि मुसलमानों को भारत में नहीं रहना चाहिए तो वह हिंदू नहीं है।

श्री भागवत ने कथित गोरक्षकों द्वारा अल्पसंख्यकों के खिलाफ हिंसा का जिक्र करते हुए भागवत ने कहा कि, हालांकि भारत में गायों का सम्मान किया जाता है, लेकिन गोरक्षा के नाम पर हिंसा को माफ नहीं किया जा सकता है। कानून को अपना काम करना चाहिए। उन्हें बिना पक्षपात के जांच कर दोषियों को सजा देनी चाहिए। जो भी लिंचिंग में शामिल है वह हिंदू नहीं हैं।

निर्माता विजय ठाकुर की फिल्म “बैकुंठ” Amazon Prime पर रिलीज दर्शकों का मिल रहा प्यार

एक बहुत बड़ी चुनौती तो ले ही चुका था लेकिन इसका परिणाम क्या होगा कुछ पता नहीं था,लोग कहते थे आजकल दर्शक नाटक तो देखने जाते ही नहीं तो साहित्य पर आधारित आपकी फिल्म देखने कौन जाएगा ? लेकिन दर्शकों के बेशुमार प्यार ने इस बात को झूठला दिया और यह साबित कर दिया कि अगर साहित्य पर आधारित अच्छी सिनेमा बने तो दर्शक आज भी दिल खोल कर इसका स्वागत करते हैं ।

उक्त बातें कहना है प्रेमचंद के उत्कृष्ट नाटक “कफन” पर आधारित फिल्म बैकुंठ के निर्माता विजय ठाकुर का ।

विजय ने बताया कि 13 मई को Mx Player पर  और 2 जुलाई को Amazon Prime पर फिल्म रिलीज होने के कुछ दिन बाद ही लाखों की तादाद में दर्शक इस फिल्म को अपना प्यार दिया । बतौर निर्माता यह मेरे लिए गर्व की बात है कि भारत के साथ-साथ विदेशों से भी मुझे कई सारे  फोन कॉलस आये और बधाइयां मिली ,अपनी फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री के कई सारे सीनियर कलाकारों का स्नेह व आशीष भी मिला ।जिसमें श्री  पियुष मिश्रा जी, श्री मती नादिरा ज़हीर बब्बर जी , श्री अखिलेंद्र मिश्रा जी,श्री राज पाल यादव जी ,श्री जुही बब्बर सोनी जी,श्री आर्या बब्बर जी ,श्री यशपाल शर्मा ,श्री पंकज त्रिपाठी जी जैसे समान्नीय व्यक्तित्व का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त हो रहा है।

विजय ने बताया कि बॉलीवुड में घिसी- पिटी कहानियों पर फिल्म बनाने का चलन चल रहा है बॉलीवुड में साहित्य पर फिल्म बनाने का चलन तो है ही नहीं,यूं कहे कि कोई भी फिल्मकार यह चुनौती लेने के लिए तैयार ही नहीं है जो हिंदी साहित्य के साथ बहुत बड़ा अन्याय है ।

रंगकर्मी,लेखक, और निर्माता विजय ठाकुर की माने तो साहित्य हमारी सिनेमा का आधार है और आज हम इसे ही छोड़ रहे हैं यह सही नहीं है । हमने स्थिति-परिस्थितियों का सामना करते हुए “बैकुंठ” बनाया और आज परिणाम सबके सामने है आगे भी हम लोग अर्थपूर्ण सिनेमा बनाते रहेंगे।

बैकुंठ की पृष्ठभूमि घीसू और माधव नामक दो शख्स‌ की है । “बैकुंठ” प्रेमचंद्र के उत्कृष्ट नाटक में से एक “कफन”पर आधारित है ।’कफ़न’ में महान कहानीकार प्रेमचंद ने गांव में जातिवाद, भूमिहीन किसानों की दुर्दशा और समाज में व्याप्त आर्थिक असमानता को बड़ी ही मार्मिकता के साथ प्रस्तुत किया था. प्रेमचंद की इस कहानी में दर्ज इन्हीं जज्बात को उसी पुरजोर अंदाज़ में फिल्म ‘बैकुंठ’ में पेश किया गया है।

फिल्म ‘बैकुंठ’ का निर्माण रवि कुमार और विजय ठाकुर ने साझा तौर पर किया है और विश्व भानु ने बड़ी ही ख़ूबसूरती के साथ इस फिल्म‌ का लेखन और निर्देशन किया है. फ़िल्म  में सिनेमेटोग्राफ़र आशीष पांडे व संकलन साई राज ने बहुत लगन से अपना काम किया है. फिल्म‌ में मुख्य भूमिकाओं में वन्या, संगम‌ शुक्ला, विश्व भानु, विजय ठाकुर आदि अभिनय कौशल से दर्शकों का दिल जीतने में कामयाब रहे हैं । उल्लेखनीय है कि इस फिल्म में गांव की ज़मीनी सच्चाइयों को दर्शाने के लिए गांव से जुड़े कलाकारों को ही तरजीह दी गई है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि ‘बैकुंठ’ 29  मार्च से Hungama play, Airtel xtream, VI movies and TV पर और 13 मई से MX Player और 2 जुलाई थे Amazon Prime के अलावा कुछ और ओटीटी प्लेटफार्म्स पर लाइव स्ट्रीम हो रही है ।

– Eight Maharashtra Ministers were also present on the occasion presided over by Dr DY Patil

Mumbai : Former Agriculture Minister and MP Sharad Pawar virtually inaugurated the DY Patil Agriculture and Technical University, Talsande, at an event held in Mumbai on Thursday. The event was presided over by the former governor of Bihar, Tripura and West Bengal, Dr. DY Patil.

As many as eight other Maharashtra ministers viz. Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat, Agriculture Minister Dadaji Bhuse, Water Resources Minister Jayant Patil, Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant, Rural Development Minister Hasan Mushrif, Agriculture minister of state Dr. Vishwajeet Kadam, Higher and Technical Education Minister of state Prajakt Tanpure and Health Minister of state Rajendra Patil Yadravkar were also present on the occasion.

Commenting on agriculture, NCP chief and former Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar said, “If the agricultural growth and progress is evident, the situation of economy will automatically improve. Such universities are essential to uplift and strengthen the core of Indian economic status. New innovations and technological advancements in agriculture through research in such universities will massively help the sector.”

The university will begin its operations from the academic year 2021-22. The curriculum is designed as 50% for pure education, 30% for practical education and the remaining 20% for experiential learning. “The education of this university will not be focusing only on theoretical but also practical knowledge. The curriculum has been decided after considering all the future aspects and prospects,” said Dr Sanjay Patil, president, DY Patil Group.

While one of the university’s specialisation is agriculture, there is equal emphasis on preparing students for careers in Architecture, Management, Engineering and many such domains. Importantly, the university is replete with state-of-the-art connectivity for global webinars and lectures which will allow students or teachers—local or international—to communicate irrespective of their location.

Satej Patil, minister of state and Vice President, DY Patil Group, said the university curriculum will give an impetus to agricultural research. “The variety that the curriculum will offer shall bring out the researchers in students. And the research work done at the university will prove to be a boon for the farmers since much of Maharashtra is dependent on agriculture. The student will be given industry experience while s/he is learning for the same which will make the students caree-ready,” he added.

The main focus of the university will be to promote skill development that will help students for national as well as international careers. Ruturaj Patil, Kolhapur South MLA and Trustee, DY Patil Group, said, “A student will be able to pick the curriculum according to his/her strengths, abilities and preference. Because of that, it will be possible to increase their intellect and creativity. There will be collaborations and partnerships with national and international institutions for research and higher education,” he stated.

While the University is physically located near Kolhapur, the university is national as well as global with international educational tie-ups in process, industry collaborations, renowned international faculty, internships and projects as part of the curriculum.

The admission process for more than 40 courses at UG, PG and PhD level at the university is underway at Talsande, a small village in the Kolhapur district.

With a 32 years of experience in the creative industry, Atul Joshi is an example for today’s youth who carries an energy of a 20 year old. Since the 90s he has given his energy and time working for the distinguished Times of India, he has also dipped his toes in the fashion industry and even in the entertainment industry.

At the age of 53, he proudly goes onto do his directorial debut for the new chat show “Candid Yaari” hosted by Mahreen Khan. He talks about his process for the show as he likes to do things very meticulously. His planning starts a day prior with his team which he likes to keep it small and tight and choreographs the entire route from start to end. Like moving chess pieces on the board, he executes his debut like a professional who strives to achieve perfection in any given circumstances.

He also advices the young generation to never feel let down on failures as that is where one learns and gives only one advice and that is to have discipline in your life.

गौरतलब है कि फ़िल्म “तू ही यार मेरा” का फर्स्ट लुक काफी यूनिक और कलरफ़ुल है। फ़िल्म के हीरो राहुल सिंह इसमें बांसुरी बजाते नजर आ रहे हैं। वहीं हीरोइन रेशमा शेख बहुत सारे आभूषण पहने दुल्हन के लुक में दिख रही हैं। पोस्टर में अयाज़ खान एक अलग लुक में दिख रहे हैं। फ़िल्म में एक बच्चे की भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका प्रतीत हो रही है क्योंकि फर्स्ट लुक में चाइल्ड आर्टिस्ट की एक झलक भी नजर आ रही है। पोस्टर के बैकग्राउंड में भव्य महल और मंदिर भी दिखाई दे रहे हैं। चूंकि पूरी फिल्म की शूटिंग भव्य पैमाने पर राजस्थान में की गई है इसलिए वहां की भव्य लोकेशन्स भी फ़िल्म में देखने को मिलेगी।

आपको बता दें कि राहुल रेशमा की रोमांटिक जोड़ी सुपरहिट फ़िल्म प्लेटफॉर्म नं. 2 से हिट चली आ रही है। ऐसे में इस फ़िल्म को लेकर सभी लोग काफी उत्साहित हैं। फ़िल्म से सबको ढेर सारी उम्मीद हैं कि रिलीज के साथ ही यह फ़िल्म दर्शकों द्वारा काफी पसंद की जाएगी।

While talking to the media Young producer and Lyricist Aditya Sharma said, “Its great pleasure for me I have started my production house. Now I’m producing First song Saware and shooting has been finished in Mumbai. I’m also working on some other project under the banner of Adinic Action Films & Music World Pvt. Ltd.. The production house will open the doors for new talents, writers, director and technician with the help of them I’m planning to come up with something creative and big project”.

Vikas Phadnis is a director and producer, known for Khel Toh Ab Shuru Hoga (2016) and Veerat Veer Maratha. “It was great collaborating with Prashant and a Bollywood beautiful girl. They are extremely dedicated to their craft. They did not even bother about the late-night routine and skipped their lunch and concentrated on giving their best to the one-day shoot. Empowered and ambitious Entrepreneur and Criminal lawyer Adv.Mrs. Rubina Akhtar Hasan Rizvi, believes that Mumbai Police are COVID-Warriors of purest form and with her Vaccine drive to the Police families, she is trying to pay back for the selfless kindness shown by them throughout the pandemic and still continues.

Director of Rizvi Builders, Rizvi Education Society, Dr. Akhtar Rizvi Educational Trust and Founder of Help Yourself Foundation – Adv.Mrs. Rubina Akhtar Hasan Rizvi through her Philanthropic and Social work, earlier helped people during the Pandemic by donating dry ration,medical supplies, masks, PPE kits, blankets, wheelchairs, free santization drives to rural pockets  and more to people in need. She has also started a cardiac ambulance service for the needy in society and now plans to start a Vaccine Drive for Mumbai Police families and Community People.

Talking about her initiative, Adv. Mrs. Rubina Akhtar Rizvi said, “There is so much to be grateful for, Mumbai Police  who have protected, supported and provided help for everyone during pandemic. Some even lost their lives serving others. When people were cosily tucked-away in the comfort of their homes, Mumbai Police took the control of situation and saved million of life”

“This is something I wanted to do ever since the launch of vaccine, but only now I got the opportunity to pay back for the kindness showed to entire state. I am super-fan of Mumbai Police and I think we ought to look after them better” added Adv.Mrs.Rubina Akhtar Rizvi.
