At the 78th Locarno Film Festival 2025, Abhay Sinha, President of the Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Association (IMPPA) — affiliated with the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF) — proudly represented Indian cinema. Sinha also serves as Vice President of FIAPF. Accompanying him were IMPPA Senior Vice President Sushma Shiromani and Executive Committee Member & Film Makers Combine General Secretary Nishant Ujjwal.

Festival Director Markus Duffner, Artistic Director Giona A. Nazzaro, and FIAPF Managing Director Benoît Ginisty extended a warm welcome to the Indian delegation. The meeting featured meaningful discussions aimed at advancing the interests of the entertainment and film industry.

A key highlight was the festival’s special programme “First Look”, under which six feature films in the post-production stage are selected each year for global showcasing. Influential buyers, sales agents, and jury members evaluate these films and confer awards. Under this initiative, one country is given special focus each year. Discussions are underway to designate India as the First Look country in 2027 or later, with participation from both the NFDC and the private sector being considered a positive step forward.

As a token of appreciation, the IMPPA delegation presented a memento to Giona A. Nazzaro and held talks on strengthening cinematic and cultural cooperation between Switzerland and India. This new partnership is expected to open fresh opportunities in marketing and production for filmmakers from both nations.

Drawing inspiration from nature, personal experience and social commentary. The collection encapsulates artist Samar distinctive ability to capture the poetic and metaphorical expression in nature which conveys a deep thought process likely to reflect some mix of sacred ecological balance for life.

Each peace in this collection represents a moment of interaction with thought provoking messages. The exhibition will feature 15 pieces’ canvases, as well as selection of smaller intimate line drawing works that delve into the artist’s signature exploration of different techniques.

Mumbai, August 3, 2025 – The Bombay Industries Association (BIA) hosted its annual Indoor Tournament on Sunday at the Juhu Vile Parle Gymkhana, drawing enthusiastic participation from business leaders and their families for a day of competitive sports, networking, and community bonding.

The event, organized by the BIA Sports Committee, featured badminton and carrom as the two main attractions, bringing together over a dozen corporate teams in an atmosphere charged with energy and camaraderie.

Spectators witnessed nail-biting rallies and impressive athleticism as teams battled it out, cheered on by colleagues, friends, and families. The venue reverberated with applause and team chants, creating a festival-like environment.

विक्रांत सिंह और कुमार सुधीर सिंह स्टारर नई फिल्म ‘सईया जी की जय हो’ का जबर्दस्त ट्रेलर आउट होते ही सबको पसंद आ रहा है. कुमार सुधीर सिंह ने इसमे पैरलल लीड किया है और वह अपनी नई फिल्म ‘सईया जी की जय हो’ से बॉक्स ऑफिस पर धमाल मचाने को तैयार हैं।

सीसीएल के मास्टर ब्लास्टर ऑलराउंडर खिलाड़ी कुमार सुधीर सिंह ने भोजपुरी इंडस्ट्री में तहलका मचा दिया है. भोजपुरी प्रीमियर लीग में भी उन्होंने अपने हुनर का जलवा दिखाया है.

कुमार सुधीर सिंह ने फिल्म जगत में अपने बल पर मुकाम हासिल किया है. कोरियोग्राफर के रूप में उन्होंने सफ़र शुरू किया. आज मनोज तिवारी, रवि किशन, दिनेश लाल यादव Nirahua, पवन सिंह और खेसारी लाल यादव  सहित सभी स्टार्स इन्हें भाई की तरह मानते हैं.

भोजपुरी एक्टर कुमार सुधीर सिंह ने रोमांटिक कॉमेडी फिल्म सईया जी की जय हो’ मे गज़ब की ऐक्टिंग की है. इंडस्ट्री के जिन लोगों ने फिल्म के ट्रायल शो देखे हैं उन्हें कुमार सुधीर सिंह का किरदार और काम प्रभावित कर गया है. फिल्म के ट्रेलर मे उनकी ज्यादा झलकियां नहीं रखी गई हैं ताकि दर्शकों को एक सरप्राइज मिले जब वे फिल्म देखने थिएटर जाएं. कुमार सुधीर सिंह की भूमिका इसमे काफी खास है।  यह फिल्म फुल एंटरटेनर है.
