New Delhi: The Indo–Djibouti Film and Cultural Forum was formally inaugurated by H.E. Isse Abdillahi Assoweh, Ambassador of the Republic of Djibouti to India, at a gracious ceremony held at the Embassy of Djibouti in New Delhi.

The launch marks an important step towards strengthening cultural, cinematic and creative relations between India and Djibouti and creating new opportunities for collaboration in the fields of films, television, media, education, art and culture.

Speaking on the occasion, H.E. Isse Abdillahi Assoweh, Ambassador of the Republic of Djibouti to India, welcomed the initiative and appreciated the efforts to bring the two nations closer through the power of cinema and culture. He emphasised that cultural exchange is an effective means of promoting mutual understanding, friendship and people-to-people relations. He expressed his desire to see greater cooperation between India and Djibouti in the creative sectors and hoped that the Forum would become a vibrant platform for meaningful exchanges and joint initiatives.

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President, International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), said that India and Djibouti share tremendous potential for cooperation in the fields of media, entertainment, films and culture. He emphasised that cinema has the unique ability to connect people beyond geographical boundaries and can play a significant role in strengthening diplomatic and cultural relations.

Dr. Marwah said that the Indo–Djibouti Film and Cultural Forum would work towards facilitating film exchanges, cultural programmes, filmmakers’ interactions, academic collaborations, joint productions, festivals and other creative initiatives between the two countries.

“India has always believed in the philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—the world is one family. Through cinema, art and culture, we can build bridges of friendship, understanding and cooperation between India and Djibouti,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah.

He further expressed confidence that the Forum would open new avenues for filmmakers, artists, media professionals, students and cultural organisations from both nations and contribute to stronger bilateral relations.

The inauguration concluded with a commitment to further promote India–Djibouti friendship through films, media, art and culture, making the Forum an important platform for long-term cooperation between the two countries.

भोजपुरी संगीत की दुनिया में एक बार फिर  ने नया धमाकेदार गाना पेश किया है। निर्माता रत्नाकर कुमार के बैनर तले रिलीज हुआ भोजपुरी वीडियो सॉन्ग ‘फोनवा रतिया में करबौ’ रिलीज होते ही दर्शकों के बीच चर्चा में आ गया है। मगही सुपर स्टार सिंगर और एक्ट्रेस सोनम यादव अपने चुलबुले और दिलकश अंदाज से दर्शकों का ध्यान खींच रही हैं।

गाने का टाइटल ही अपने आप में काफी मजेदार है—‘फोनवा रतिया में करबौ’। प्यार, नटखट अंदाज और भोजपुरी देसी रंग से सजे इस गाने में सोनम यादव और उड़नबाज राजा की जोड़ी नजर आ रही है। गाने की कहानी और प्रस्तुति को इस तरह तैयार किया गया है कि दर्शकों को मनोरंजन के साथ भोजपुरी लोक रंग का भी भरपूर स्वाद मिले।

गाने के रिलीज को लेकर निर्माता रत्नाकर कुमार ने कहा, “‘फोनवा रतिया में करबौ’ एकदम देसी अंदाज और मनोरंजन से भरपूर गाना है। सोनम यादव ने इसमें शानदार परफॉर्मेंस दी है। हमें उम्मीद है कि दर्शक इसे खूब प्यार देंगे और गाना जल्द ही लोगों की जुबान पर चढ़ेगा।”

वहीं एक्ट्रेस और सिंगर सोनम यादव ने कहा, “‘फोनवा रतिया में करबौ’ मेरे लिए खास गाना है। इसमें मुझे सिंगिंग के साथ एक्टिंग और परफॉर्मेंस का भी मौका मिला। गाने की पूरी टीम ने बहुत मेहनत की है। उम्मीद है कि दर्शकों को मेरा यह नया अंदाज खूब पसंद आएगा।”

बिहार प्रदेश की छात्राओं, बेटियों और महिलाओं की सुरक्षा, स्वावलंबन तथा आत्मविश्वास को नया आयाम देने के उद्देश्य से एक अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण एवं क्रांतिकारी योजना की रूपरेखा तैयार की गई है। माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री सम्राट चौधरी जी की अध्यक्षता में इस महत्वाकांक्षी योजना को शीघ्र से शीघ्र पूरे प्रदेश के शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में लागू करने की तैयारी अंतिम चरण में है।

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार पटना प्रवास के दौरान प्रसिद्ध अभिनेत्री, समाजसेविका एवं पूर्व शिक्षिका पाखी हेगड़े ने बिहार के शिक्षा मंत्री श्री मिथिलेश तिवारी से एक शिष्टाचार व औपचारिक भेंट की थी।  उसी समय उन्होंने ‘महिलाओं और छात्राओं को नि:शुल्क सेल्फ-डिफेंस (आत्मरक्षा) की ट्रेनिंग देने से संबंधित प्रस्ताव बिहार सरकार के माननीय शिक्षा मंत्री श्री मिथिलेश तिवारी जी के समक्ष रखा था।’ शिक्षा मंत्री श्री मिथिलेश तिवारी जी ने इस जनहितैषी और बालिका सशक्तिकरण से जुड़े प्रस्ताव का सहर्ष स्वागत करते हुए इस पर त्वरित कार्रवाई का आश्वासन दिया था। अब इस प्रस्ताव को पूर्ण समर्थन प्राप्त हो गया है।

इस बारे में पाखी हेगड़े ने अपना मुख्य संकल्प दोहराते हुए कहा कि ‘हमारी मुहिम है – ‘पढ़ेगी बेटियां, बढ़ेगी बेटियां, लड़ेगी बेटियां, अब नहीं डरेगी बेटियां।’ ‘बिहार सरकार द्वारा इस योजना को चरणबद्ध तरीके से लागू करने की योजना बनाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री सम्राट चौधरी जी और माननीय शिक्षा मंत्री मिथिलेश तिवारी जी तहेदिल से धन्यवाद देती हूं।’ उन्होंने आगे कहा कि ‘बिहार की माटी से मुझे हमेशा अपार प्रेम और सम्मान मिला है और अब समय है कि मैं बिहार की अपनी बहनों और बेटियों के लिए कुछ ठोस काम करूँ। मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि बिहारवासियों की दुआओं और आशीर्वाद से यह प्रोजेक्ट जल्द से जल्द पूरे राज्य में लागू होगा।’

एक साथ 11 भोजपुरी फिल्म के निर्माण करने के क्रम में लट्टू मूवीज वर्ल्ड एलएलपी के बैनर तले दूसरी भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘गूगल से तेज बहू’ की शूटिंग शुरू हो गई है। उत्तर प्रदेश के जिला सिद्धार्थ नगर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में की जा रही इस फिल्म में केंद्रीय भूमिका में स्टार एक्ट्रेस चाँदनी सिंह, एक्टर विष्णु मौर्य और एक्ट्रेस माधवी श्री हैं।

फिल्म की प्रोड्यूसर विद्या मौर्य जी हैं, जिनका उद्देश्य एक साथ 11 फिल्म की शूटिंग कंप्लीट करना और शूटिंग के दौरान ही कम से कम पाँच फिल्म की एडिटिंग कंप्लीट करना है। वो शूटिंग के साथ ही साथ ऑन सेट फिल्म की एडिटिंग भी करवा रही हैं।

डायरेक्टर चंदन सिंह पूरी मेहनत एवं लग्न से पूरी यूनिट के साथ एक के बाद एक फ़िल्म की शूटिंग कर रहे हैं। बता दें कि विगत दिनों एक साथ 11 भोजपुरी फिल्म का मुहूर्त धूमधाम से किया गया था, जिसमें से चाँदनी सिंह और विष्णु मौर्य स्टारर पहली फिल्म ‘परिवार के रखवाला’ की शूटिंग कंप्लीट करके दूसरी भोजपुरी फ़िल्म ‘गूगल से तेज बहू’ की शूटिंग शुरू कर दी गई है। मुख्य कलाकार चाँदनी सिंह, विष्णु मौर्य, माधवी श्री, रिंकू आयुषी, पुष्पेन्द्र राय, राजेश तोमर, कृष्णा पाण्डेय आदि हैं।

का गौरव प्राप्त हुआ। यह उनके जीवन का ऐसा यादगार अध्याय था, जिसने उनकी प्रतिभा को भारतीय संगीत की एक महान विभूति से जोड़ दिया।

उर्दू शायरी के क्षेत्र में भी डॉ. शर्मा ने अपनी सशक्त पहचान बनाई। वर्ल्ड कॉन्फ्रेंस ऑफ उर्दू में आयोजित महफ़िल-ए-कायनात में उन्होंने बेस्ट उर्दू शायर अवॉर्ड हासिल किया।

यह सम्मान उन्हें डायलॉग किंग कादर खान, मशहूर उर्दू शायर डॉ. बशीर बद्र और सुप्रसिद्ध शायर निदा फ़ाज़ली जैसी महान हस्तियों की उपस्थिति में प्राप्त हुआ।

किसी शायर के लिए इससे बड़ा सम्मान और क्या हो सकता है कि उसकी भाषा और शायरी को स्वयं दिग्गज कलाकार पहचान दें।

भारत रत्न माँ सरस्वती लता मंगेशकर जी, महान हिंदी कवि डॉ. गोपालदास नीरज जी और ग़ज़ल सम्राट जगजीत सिंह जी और टॉम अल्टर ने उनकी भाषा और अभिव्यक्ति की विलक्षण क्षमता की सराहना की। वहीं सब ने वैभव जी को गौरवपूर्ण उपाधि दी—“ज़ुबान के बादशाह।” ।

वर्ल्ड कॉन्फ्रेंस ऑफ उर्दू में उनकी मंत्रमुग्ध कर देने वाली और रूह को छू लेने वाली उर्दू शायरी सुनकर मक्का-मदीना के मौलवी साहब ने उन्हें “नायाब” की उपाधि दी—अर्थात् ऐसा व्यक्तित्व जो दुर्लभ, अनमोल और बेमिसाल हो।

और जब कादर खान जी जैसी महान शख़्सियत किसी को “रूहानी फ़रिश्ता” कहकर संबोधित करे, तो वह उपाधि स्वयं एक सम्मान बन जाती है। यह नाम डॉ. शर्मा की यात्रा में एक और अनमोल अध्याय बन गया।

18 जुलाई 2021 को मुंबई में उनके सम्मान का एक और स्वर्णिम अध्याय जुड़ा, जब उन्हें American University of Global Peace, U.S.A. द्वारा Doctorate of Honour से सम्मानित किया गया। इस गौरवपूर्ण अवसर पर उनके साथ महान पार्श्वगायक पद्मभूषण उदित नारायण जी और सुप्रसिद्ध दिग्गज अभिनेता रज़ा मुराद जी भी सम्मानित हुए।

डॉ. वैभव “नायाब” शर्मा केवल पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित व्यक्तित्व नहीं हैं। वे अभिव्यक्ति के कलाकार, भावनाओं के प्रस्तोता और भाषा के सच्चे साधक हैं।
