During his early years, Deepak showcased exceptional skills in writing and direction, winning first prize as a writer-director for three consecutive years—an achievement that set the tone for his future.
Under his association with Ankur Natya Shikha, Deepak contributed to seven highly appreciated plays, earning recognition for both his performances and directorial vision. His work did not go unnoticed. Impressed by his talent and creative instincts, renowned director Manmohan Kishan of Noori encouraged him to move to Mumbai and explore larger opportunities in the entertainment industry.
Taking this advice seriously, Deepak shifted to Mumbai, where he continued to expand his theatrical journey. He actively worked in multiple stage productions such as Saiyon Bhaye Kotwal and Kueyon Ki Chori, collaborating with respected artists like Ishrat Ali and Samay Thakker. These experiences enriched his understanding of performance art and strengthened his presence in the theater circuit.
With a strong base in theater, Deepak gradually transitioned into the world of film and advertising. He joined Jyoti Thakur’s Film Media as an Associate Director, where he dedicated six years honing his skills behind the camera.
During this period, he worked on several high-profile advertisement films, gaining hands-on experience in direction, production, and execution.

His portfolio includes working with celebrated Bollywood personalities. He was involved in ad campaigns featuring Raveena Tandon for Himani Cold Cream and Juhi Chawla for Weston TV, experiences that not only elevated his professional standing but also refined his creative approach in visual storytelling.

Despite his success in the food industry, Deepak has never distanced himself FROM his artistic roots. He continues to remain deeply connected to theater and is currently planning to bring his popular Marathi play Kueyon Ki Chori to Mumbai audiences soon. In addition, he has a couple of film and television channel projects in the pipeline, signaling an exciting phase ahead in his creative journey.
