New Delhi: 24.02.2022 Russian President Putin has launched a full-scale military invasion of Ukraine that has already caused billions of dollars in damage and claimed thousands of innocent lives every day.

This war has already led to chaos in Europe and the world, and at any moment may end in a nuclear catastrophe.. Andrei Lubalin (aka Avinash Puri), Ph.D. in sociology, from Montenegro, and Swami Kaushalanand from Kashi held a press conference where they proposed their plan for an immediate stop to the war and demilitarization. A petition has been launched on the network to recognize Vladimir Putin as mentally ill and incapacitated. Andrei Lubalin (aka Avinash Puri) and Swami Kaushalanand called on people to unite to stop the war and save the world from a nuclear catastrophe.

War in Ukraine is a global crisis and a growing matter of concern for each and every human being. The Russian troops, artillery, armored vehicles, tanks and other equipment have encircled Ukraine causing huge damage to lives and property. The Russian-Ukraine war is a threat on a planetary scale. This conference is a roadmap for a peaceful settlement that can help not only Ukraine but the entire world to overcome the humanitarian catastrophe and slowly get back to normalcy. “Swami Kaushalanand has taken an excerpt from Shrimadbhagvad Gita on ‘Nishkama Karma’ and prayed for peace in Europe. He said, “We are often distressed by worries, desires, and innumerable other thoughts which disturbs our inner peace. There are inner battles ragging on within us all the time. Many times these inner wars are reflected in our actions and words.”

In 2014, for the first time in post-war history, the Russian army, on the orders of Vladimir Putin, occupied a part of independent Ukraine and unleashed a war. This war brought humanity back to the Middle Ages and crossed out the memory of millions of victims of the Second World War. For 8 years, the whole world has been trying to understand the reasons for this perfidious and senseless act and find ways to stop armed violence. On December 15, 2021, the Russian government published an ultimatum to the international community with demands that contradict the fundamental foundations of the peaceful coexistence of states and peoples. Namely, they deprive them of the right of sovereignty and territorial integrity. The ultimatum was not accepted and on February 24, on the orders of Putin, the 120,000-strong army of the Russian Federation began a mediocre and inhuman aggressive war in Ukraine. Destroying civilians and turning cities into ruins with aviation. The humanitarian catastrophe with millions of refugees and the ongoing inhuman bombardments and rocket attacks on peaceful cities, Putin’s statements about his readiness to use nuclear weapons, if someone comes to Ukraine’s aid, becomes a matter not only for Ukraine but for everyone living on the planet.

“An attempt on the life of the planet is a crime against humanity, and anyone who demonstrates a willingness to carry out this threat should be declared incompetent. From now on, there is no Russian and Ukrainian, Jew or Arab. No one wants to burn in a nuclear apocalypse,” said Andrei Lubalin (alias  Avinash Puri).

Andrei Lubalin (alias  Avinash Puri) added, “The world community, represented by the UN, through direct open voting, must state from V.V. Putin’s complete loss of touch with reality (incapacity). In fact, his demands, statements and threats, and orders encroach on the existence of life itself on the planet. The official recognition by the world community of the incapacity of V.V. Putin automatically disavows all his past, present, and future instructions and orders, and releases from responsibility those who refuse to serve the system he has built. And the war will stop immediately.Back in 2014, German Chancellor Ms. Merkel said that Putin had lost touch with reality. The fact that this is not recognized is still worth thousands of innocent lives, and now we are talking about a planetary threat.”

Andrei Lubalin (alias  Avinash Puri) has started a global online petition to UN.

“I demand that Russian President Putin be recognized as mentally ill and incompetent. Russian President Putin has lost touch with reality, openly threatening the world to use nuclear weapons and demonstrating his readiness to carry out this threat. Putin encroaches on my fundamental right – the right to life. Based on the documented threats of the patient Putin and the inhuman war unleashed on his orders in Ukraine, I demand from the UN an official statement of the fact of the insanity of citizen Putin. I demand not to carry out the orders of Putin as incompetent. For those who will transfer Putin to doctors, I demand a guarantee of freedom, as the saviors of the world. I demand an amnesty for all those who, by deceit or coercion, served the inhuman system created by the mentally ill Putin. I demand an immediate stop to all military operations of the Russian army in Ukraine and in the world. I demand an immediate withdrawal of troops from all occupied territories in Ukraine. I demand democratic elections in the Russian Federation under international control, the complete demilitarization of the Russian Federation, and the Marshall Plan for the integration of the Russian Federation into the post-war global economy,” explained Andrei Lubalin (alias  Avinash Puri).

It is important to note that the implementation of this scenario involves preventing the inevitable and uncontrollable chaos in the Russian Federation due to unprecedented international sanctions. This issue is no less important.

Ascertaining the fact of Putin’s incapacity takes place by a direct open vote in the UN in the form of a resolution. A representative of Ukraine can initiate a vote. To implement the described scenario, a petition has been created, addressed to the UN Human Rights Committee in connection with the threat of murder – V.V. Putin’s encroachment on life.

The petition is available at:

https://chng.it/vngbYCYMPn

BOX***************************

The proposed scenario is beneficial to everyone:

1) the incapacitated person must be with the doctors and he is beyond the jurisdiction,

2) those who transfer the patient to doctors should be guaranteed life as the saviors of mankind,

3) an immediate stop to hostilities in Ukraine, Syria, and other points of military activities of the Russian army,

4) withdrawal of personnel from the territory of Ukraine within the borders of 2013

5) ensuring the unhindered evacuation of all those who want to go out with them,

6) amnesty for those who have served or are serving the system built by Putin against their will.

7) Demilitarization of Europe

8) Marshal’s plan for the restoration and integration of Ukraine and the Russian Federation into a single demilitarized Europe.

(Dr. Mahendra Bhati ‘Trikal’)

Mr. Qasim almorshdi including, General Mahesh Senanayake, former Chief of Army Staff of Sri Lanka, Aarefa Saleh Al Falahi, Member of Board of Director RAK chamber, Eng. Aliya Al Kindi, Dr Bu Abdulla, Hamad N Al Hammadi and Head of Organisation Committee, Mr Husaifa Ibrahim.

The organizing team led by Mr Amin pathan Founder and chairmen, Aslam Gurukkul Co,founder & Chief Executive Officer of Arba Sports Services, Noufal Qudran, & Anas pathan Director Operations, Habib Koya, COO of Arba Sports, event & media director Naghma khan & Muneer Bin Mohiyadeen,  and adviser Zaheer ahmed  ,Asutosh Pattanayak Chairman and President WSS London and Spokesperson for French Embassy, was also present at the ceremony.

Pakistan Legends piled up 133 for five in their stipulated 10 overs, powered by Salman Butt’s 45 off 20 balls and Mohammad Sami’s 36 off 10 balls. In response, World XI started off well, despite Asghar Afghan’s early exit. Phil Mustard with 50 off 21 balls and Tillakratne Dilshan with 34 off 16 balls looked dangerous after putting up a 78-run partnership and looked like they were in a hurry. A few quick wickets in the following overs due to good bowling by Mohammad Irfan took the game out of World XI’s hands.

With this, the three-day star-studded Friendship Cup – UAE 2022, that features cricket legends including former Indian Cricket Captain Mohammad Azharuddin, Bollywood star Suniel Shetty, former Pakistani cricket sensation Imran Nazir and Sri Lankan star cricketer Ajantha Mendis came to an end. However, this is more likely to be the end of a new beginning for Friendship Cup, that could become an annual fixture in the global cricketing schedule.
