New Delhi: “Technical Education plays a vital role in human resource development of the country by creating skilled manpower, enhancing industrial productivity and improving the quality of life of its people,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of AAFT University and President CEGR- Centre for Education for Growth and Research discussing the role of research & technical education in India with the members of IFTRC-International Film and Television Research Centre in a seminar organised to know more about Technical education.

Explaining the role of an important organization like AICTE-The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Dr. Marwah said that AICTE grants approval for starting new technical institutions, for introduction of new courses and for variation in intake capacity in technical institutions.

The AICTE has delegated to the concerned state governments powers to process and grant approval of new institutions, starting new courses and variations in the intake capacity for diploma level technical institutions. It also lays down norms and standards for such institutions. It also ensures quality development of technical education through accreditation of technical institutions or programmes.

In additional to its regulatory role, the AICTE also has a promotional role which it implements through schemes for promoting technical education for women, handicapped and weaker section of the society promoting innovations, faculty, research and development, giving grants to technical institutions.

“The technical institutions under the AICTE include post-graduate, under-graduate and diploma in the whole spectrum of technical education covering engineering/technology, pharmacy, architecture, hotel management and catering technology, management studies computer applications and applied arts and crafts,” added Dr. Marwah who is also on the board of Applied Arts of AICTE

The AICTE has its headquarters in New Delhi and seven regional offices located at Kolkata, Chennai, Kanpur, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Bhopal and Bangalore. A new regional office at Hyderabad has been set up and is to be operational soon.

भोजपुरी सिनेमा को डेली रूटीन से हटकर फ़िल्म देने के लिए आगे आई फ़िल्म प्रोडक्शन हाउस रामा प्रसाद प्रोडक्शन और ब्लू कोरल्स एंटरटेनमेंट प्रा. लि. ने एक साथ चार भोजपुरी फिल्मों का ग्रांड मुहूर्त उत्तर प्रदेश के लखनऊ के एक रिसॉर्ट में विधिवत पूजा पाठ करके किया है। उन चार फिल्मों में से एक फिल्म “अघोरी” की शूटिंग शुभ मुहूर्त में शुरू कर दी गई है। इस फिल्म में केंद्रीय भूमिका में यूनिक स्टार यश कुमार हैं, जिन्हें अलग-अलग और चैलेंजिंग किरदार निभाने के लिए जाना जाता है। फ़िल्म की नायिका एक्ट्रेस यामिनी सिंह हैं। उनकी केमेस्ट्री दर्शकों को खूब भाने वाली है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि शुभ दिन पर शुभ मुहूर्त की गई चारों भोजपुरी फिल्मों में तीन फिल्मों “अघोरी, “मृत्युदंड”, “शूल” के हीरो यश कुमार हैं और चौथी फ़िल्म “शादी बाई चांस” के हीरो अरविन्द अकेला कल्लू हैं।

बता दें कि चन्द्रवर्षा इंटरटेनमेंट प्रा.लि. व रामा प्रसाद प्रोडक्शन के बैनर तले “अघोरी, “मृत्युदंड” के निर्माता रामा प्रसाद एवं निर्देशक राज किशोर प्रसाद (राजू) हैं। ब्लू कोरल्स एंटरटेनमेंट प्रा. लि. बैनर के तले “शूल” का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। जिसके निर्माता प्रेम शंकर, अरविन्द प्रकाश हैं। निर्देशक राज किशोर प्रसाद (राजू) हैं। अरविन्द अकेला कल्लू स्टारर फ़िल्म “शादी बाई चांस” के निर्माता रामा प्रसाद और निर्देशक संजय श्रीवास्तव हैं। सभी चारों फिल्मों की शूटिंग क्रमशः एक के बाद एक लखनऊ में ही की जाएगी।

गौरतलब है कि जाने-माने फ़िल्म निर्देशक राज किशोर प्रसाद (राजू) और फ़िल्म निर्माता रामा प्रसाद ने इसके पहले यश कुमार के साथ दो भोजपुरी फिल्म अर्धनारी, परशुराम बना चुके हैं। उसके बाद रामा प्रसाद प्रोडक्शन, ब्लू कोरल्स एंटरटेनमेंट प्रा. लि. बैनर के तले एक साथ 4 भोजपुरी फिल्मों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। फिलहाल चारों फिल्मों में से यूनिक स्टोरी के साथ बनाई जा रही भोजपुरी फ़िल्म “अघोरी” की शूटिंग शुभ मुहूर्त करके लखनऊ में शुरू कर दी गई है।

भोजपुरी फिल्म “अघोरी” में केंद्रीय भूमिका में यश कुमार काफी अलग किरदार में नजर आने वाले हैं। उनके साथ बतौर हीरोइन यामिनी सिंह अपनी अदा का जादू चलाते हुए नजर आने वाली हैं। इस फिल्म के निर्माता रामा प्रसाद हैं। निर्देशक राज किशोर प्रसाद (राजू) हैं। फ़िल्म के लेखक एस.के. चौहान हैं। संगीतकार मुन्ना दुबे, डीओपी जहाँगीर हैं। मारधाड़ प्रदीप खड़का, नृत्य महेश आचार्य, कला अवधेश राय का है। प्रोडक्शन कंट्रोलर जेपी हैं। फ़िल्म के मुख्य कलाकार यश कुमार, यामिनी सिंह, अवधेश मिश्रा, मनोज टाईगर, अमित शुक्ला, महेश आचार्य, विष्णु शंकर बेलू, सुबोध सेठ, रोहित सिंह मटरू, सोनिया मिश्रा आदि हैं।

विदित हो कि फिल्म निर्देशक राज किशोर प्रसाद (राजू) यश कुमार के साथ टोटल 5 फिल्में कर चुके हैं। पहली फिल्म पहली भोजपुरी फिल्म लुटेरे, दूसरी फ़िल्म अर्धनारी, तीसरी फिल्म सुरक्षा, चौथी फ़िल्म परशुराम, पांचवी फिल्म जानवर और इंसान… और अब छठवीं, सातवीं, आठवीं फ़िल्म अघोरी, शूल तथा मृत्युदंड है। यामिनी सिंह के साथ बतौर निर्देशक वे पहली बार फ़िल्म कर रहे हैं। 2 फ़िल्म अघोरी तथा मृत्युदंड में यामिनी सिंह उनके निर्देशन में काम कर रही हैं।

चीफ गेस्ट विशेष ज्योतिषाचार्य राम सियासन शास्त्री ने दीं प्रोड्यूसर डायरेक्टर व पूरी टीम को शुभकामनाएं

निर्माता शमीम अख़्तर और लेखक निर्देशक संजीव त्रिगुणायत की दो अन्टाइटल्ड हिंदी फिल्मों का भव्य मुहूर्त मुम्बई के पीवीआर सिनेमा में किया गया। इसके चीफ गेस्ट विशेष ज्योतिषाचार्य राम सियासन शास्त्री और धर्मेश कुमार तिवारी (चेयरमैन यूपी सिविल सेक्रेट्रिएट) थे। रौशनी मूवीज़ के बैनर तले बन रही इन दोनों फिल्मों की प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में विशेष अतिथि के रूप में अजय मिश्रा (उन्नाव), राजकुमार सिंह (लखनऊ) और ओमपाल सिंह यादव (दिल्ली) भी उपस्थित थे। यहां मीडिया की भी भारी संख्या मौजूद थी। सभी मेहमानों ने प्रोड्यूसर शमीम अख्तर और लेखक निर्देशक संजीव त्रिगुणायत को दोनों फिल्मों के लिए हार्दिक बधाई और शुभकामनाएं दीं।

फ़िल्म के हीरो अमाद मंटो और हीरोइन चेल्सी नेगी और कोमल सोनी इत्यादि हैं। इसमे रमेश गोयल, शिवा, योगिराज,फ़िरोज पठान,सना खान,राजकुमार कनौजिया, जावेद हैदर,पृथ्वी, जैसे एक्टर्स भी नजर आएंगे। इस अवसर पर कॉमेडियन सुनील पाल, के के गोस्वामी भी उपस्थित रहे। फ़िल्म में के के गोस्वामी, रवि शंकर पांडेय(वाराणसी),अमित कौशिक(दिल्ली), जितेंद्र वाराणसी, संतोष पाल, विद्या शंकर, सनी चाल्सर,बलदेव पुरानी , दक्षा , सोनू कुंतल,इत्यादि भी उपस्थित थे।

फ़िल्म के निर्देशक ने बताया कि पहले रोमांटिक फिल्म शुरू करेंगे, उसके बाद दूसरी फिल्म की शूटिंग होगी।

The launch of Stair9 Production’s twin albums on the 75th year of Independence was a momentous affair at the Red Bulb Studio in Mumbai amid the presence of several leaders, actors and singers along with the team of the album in large numbers.

Former Minister and currently the Vice President of BJP Maharashtra Shri Kripashankar Singh was the Chief guest at the launch event along with Special Guests former Minister of UP Shri Rajesh Yadav and Samajwadi Party’s Senior Leader Shri Pradeep Singh Babbu graced the event. आपको बतादें कि संस्कारी बहुरानी के निर्माता प्रकाश जैन  खुद का पेट्रोलियम ट्रेडिंग बिजनेश चलाते हैं।  गुजरात के उमरगांव के खतलवाड़ा जिला वलसाड़ में उनका खुद का  पेट्रोलियम ट्रेडिंग  बिजनेश है। फिल्म मेकिंग की तरफ रुझान कैसे हुआ इस पर पत्रकारों से बात करते हुए उन्होंने कहा मेरे घर के पास ही शमीम खान जी रहते हैं जो मेरे अभिन्न मित्र हैं। शमीम भाई को अभिनय करते मैने कई बार देखा था सो उनके निवेदन पर इस फिल्ड में भी हाथ आजमाने आगया। मगर मैं लीक से हटकर फिल्म बनाना चाहता था। कई कहानी सूनी मगर पसंद नहीं आई उसके बाद सूर्यकांत जी ने संस्कारी बहूरानी की कहानी सुनाई और कहानी सुनते ही मैने कह दिया कि हां मैं यह फिल्म बना रहा हूं। संस्कारी बहूरानी को एक पारिवारिक फिल्म मानते हुए प्रकाश जैन कहते हैं सुर्यकांत जी ने कमाल की फिल्म बनायी है। जिसे पूरे परिवार के साथ बैठकर देखा जासकता है। शमीम खान जी इस फिल्म के सह निर्माता भी हैं और इस फिल्म के खलनायक भी हैं। जय पी इंटरटेनमेंट हाउस के बैनर तले बनी इस फिल्म संस्कारी बहरानी की कहानी लिखा हैऔर निर्देशन किया है सुर्यकांत गणपत ताम्रदमन ने। निर्माता हैं प्रकाश जैन, सह निर्माता शमीम खान, गीतकार और संगीतकार हैं कमलेश सिंह, पटकथा और संवाद लिखा है सुर्यकांत गणपत ताम्रदमन ,कमलेश सिंह, बलिराम गावड़ ने। डीओपी हैं प्रमोद पांडे। इस फिल्म के संपादक हैं राजेश शाह । एक्शन डायरेक्टर हैं शाहबाज अली, कोरियोग्राफर हैं राजू एंथोनी, म्युजिक कंपोजर हैं सुभाष सुर्यम। पोस्ट प्रोडक्शन आई फोकस ने तैयार किया है।  इस फिल्म के मुख्य कलाकार हैंअपर्णा पराजंपे, रविन्द्र कुल्हार, रितेश कुमार, प्रेमनाथ गुलाटी, गरिमा अग्रवाल, राकेश गुप्ता, राकेश बाबू, परेश भट्ट, खुशी गुप्ता,विनोद मिश्रा, अशी खान, पार्थ कामली,काजल सिंह,मनीष राउत और शमीम खान।

भोजपुरी सिनेमा में बड़े कैनवास पर बनाई जा रही भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘गंगाराज – (एक प्रेम कथा)’ का भव्य मुहूर्त करके उत्तर प्रदेश के लखनऊ में शूटिंग शुरू कर दी गई है। सावन का पावन माह में जहाँ पूरा महीना शिव शम्भू मय होता है, वहीं चारों ओर हरियाली मन भावन लगती है। भागीरथी प्रयास से ब्रम्हा जी के कमंडल से निकली गंगा शिव की जटा से होकर निरंतर जन मानस का कल्याण कर रही हैं पतित पावनी माँ गंगा। आजकल हर हर महादेव और हर हर गंगे की गूंज चहुँओर सुनाई देती है। ऐसे में सावन के अंतिम सोमवार को विधिवत पूजा अर्चना करके भोजपुरिया सिनेप्रेमियों के स्वस्थ मनोरंजन के लिए बहुत ही यूनिक भोजपुरी फ़िल्म ‘गंगाराज – (एक प्रेम कथा)’ की शूटिंग की जा रही है।

आर बी चोपड़ा प्रोडक्शंस बैनर के तले निर्मित की जा रही इस फिल्म की निर्मात्री नीलम चोपड़ा हैं, जिनका उद्देश्य है भोजपुरी फिल्म देखने वाले सभी वर्ग के दर्शक एक साथ फ़िल्म देखने का आनंद ले सकें और फ़िल्म के किसी भी दृश्य को देखने में किसी को जरा भी संकोच ना हो।  फ़िल्म की कहानी रवि चोपड़ा ने लिखी है, जो बहुत ही बेहतरीन मझे हुए वरिष्ठ अभिनेता हैं। इस फिल्म में वे चॉकलेटी हीरो विमल पांडेय के पिताजी का किरदार निभा रहे हैं। केन्द्रीय भूमिका में विमल पांडेय हैं और उनकी नायिका क्यूट अदाकारा पल्लवी गिरी हैं।  उनकी केमेस्ट्री ऑडियंस के लिए फुल इंटरटेनिंग होगी। फ़िल्म के लेखक व निर्देशक अखिलेश पांडेय हैं। सबसे खास बात यह है कि इस फिल्म के सभी गीतों को लेखक व निर्देशक अखिलेश पांडेय ने ही लिखे हैं और उन सभी गीतों को मधुर संगीत से सजाया है संगीतकार विराज ने।  छायांकन विकास पांडेय कर रहे हैं। इस फिल्म के निर्माण में विशेष सहयोग आद्या लॉन एंड रिसोर्ट के ऑनर बलवीर सिंह राठौड़ का है। नृत्य कानू मुखर्जी, मारधाड़ दिनेश यादव, कला सौरभ मिश्रा का है। सह निर्देशक सावन गुप्ता, प्रोडक्शन हेड विपिन सिंह, प्रोडक्शन मैनेजर संतोष वर्मा, प्रचारक रामचन्द्र यादव हैं। वेशभूषा शहज़ाद आलम, रूप सज्जा ललित कुमार मंडल का है।
