Mumbai: Amrita Rao and Hema Malini Ji have come together for The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), an apex trade association of India to celebrate the World Hand Hygiene Day which is commemorated on 5th May every year. To raise awareness for the same, the duo gave out  video and audio messages. The initiative is a part of Honourable PM’s ‘Mission Swachh Bharat’.
Speaking on the occasion Amrita said “Hand Hygiene is the topmost measure to prevent the coronavirus. Many people still think coronavirus is a viral-like cold and flu and while they cover their nose and mouth diligently, they are not at all sensitive about sanitizing their hands with immediate effect as soon as they touch anything that has possibly been touched by or passed on from the hands of another person. Its high time every effort is made to create awareness, educate and remind people that hand hygiene is crucial. Not only Covid-19, but all respiratory and intestinal diseases can be reduced by 50% by washing hands with soap.”
Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Gurugram a world-class medical facility catering to the healthcare needs of the NCR region has partnered with ASSOCHAM for this initiative. Other activity partners include brands like Himalaya Herbals, Abbott, Dettol, Hindustan Unilever Limited and ITC. “It is important to make handwashing into a daily habit. Good handwashing with soap can save more lives than any single vaccine or medical intervention. I would be happy that this effort would be able to bring a difference in the lives of the many people” said Amrita as she signed off.

मुंबई: अमृता राव और हेमा मालिनी जी विश्व हाथ स्वच्छता दिवस मनाने के लिए भारत के सर्वोच्च व्यापार संघ के एसोसिएटेड चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्री ऑफ इंडिया (एसोचैम) के साथ आए हैं| यह दिवस जो हर साल 5 मई को मनाया जाता है। इसी पहल की जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए, दोनों ने वीडियो और ऑडियो संदेश दिए। यह पहल माननीय प्रधानमंत्री के ‘मिशन स्वच्छ भारत ’का एक हिस्सा है।

इस अवसर पर अमृता ने कहा कि “कोविद -19 वायरस को रोकने के लिए हाथों की स्वच्छता सबसे शीर्ष उपाय है। बहुत से लोग अभी भी सोचते हैं कि कोरोनोवायरस कोल्ड और फ्लू की तरह एक वायरस है। वह अपने नाक और मुह कोंतोह ढक लेते अहि लेकिन हाथों की स्वच्छता के तरफ वो संवेदनशील नहीं होते हैं । ऐसे में किसी भी चीज को छूने या उसके पास से गुजरने से यह वायरस दूसरे व्यक्ति को भी लग सकता है। एहि समय है ही हम पूरी कोशिश करे लोगों को हाथ की स्वच्छ्ता के बारे में शिक्षित और जागरूक करने की। न केवल कोविद -19, बल्कि सभी श्वसन और आंतों के रोगों को साबुन से हाथ धोने से 50% तक कम किया जा सकता है।”

हिंदी फिल्म गैंग्स ऑफ़ बिहार कोरोना के वजह से आगे बढ़ा दी गई है बता दें कि पहले गैंग्स आफ बिहार की शूटिंग20 अप्रैल से उत्तर प्रदेश के कई खुबशुरत लोकेशनों पर होने वाला था, पर अब शूटिंग कोरोना खत्म होने के बाद किया जाएगा,, गैंगस आफ बिहार ए ए ए इंटरटेनमेंट के बैनर तले बन रही है,निर्माता सफीक सैफी है जबकि खुबशुरत संगीत अफरोज खान का है,सिनेमा के म्यूजिक पार्ट बहुत स्ट्रॉन्ग बनी है फ़िल्म की स्टोरी और यंग जनरेसन को देखते हुए बनाई गई है।सिनेमेटोग्राफी नज़ीब खान है फ़िल्म के स्टार कास्ट है मुकेश तिवारी, गुरलीन चोपड़ा ,राजवीर सिंह, नाज़नीन पटनी, जय शुक्ला अंजलि अग्रवाल,श्रीकांत परतूस,इत्यादि जैसे कलाकार दिखाई देंगे । फ़िल्म के लेखक व निर्देशक कुमार नीरज का कहना है कि ” गैंग्स ऑफ़ बिहार “नाम से ही पता चलता है यह बिहार के बाहुवलीयों के ऊपर होगा, बाहुवलीयों की सच्चाई को दिखाने की लेखक-निर्देशक कुमार नीरज ने हिम्मत की है।कुमार नीरज ने बताया के वो उन बहुवलि लोग के रियल नाम के साथ उनका कैरेक्टर भी दिखा रहे है, “गैंग्स ऑफ बिहार ” एक अलग ही फ़िल्म है,निर्देशक कुमार नीरज ने बताया की इसमें कुछ बिहार के बाहुबली भी दिखाई देंगे।

Arsala Qureishi has launched BLOW MEDIA right before the pandemic hit the world. Blow Media’s manifesto is clear, it will create digital content that is relevant, contemporaneous and relatable on an international platform and with international names attached.

Blow Media’s first foray was a Hollywood Bollywood collaboration with STEP UP 2 actor Robert Hoffman in the lead along Actor/Influencer Jas Sagu. It was a music video ‘(Aag Ka Gola L.A.) shot extensively in Hollywood. We were keen to know what the talented director’s next step will be in the face of the New Normal that has hit the entire world.

We got to know that Arsala Qureishi has great plans for 2020. Her book ‘Separated by Ten Inches’ is slated to release later this year and simultaneously she’s working on a screenplay based on the book.

‘Separated By Ten Inches’ is prophetic to the times we inhabit she says’ it’s about an unnamed cataclysmic event that has ravaged the world which induces a state of paranoia; amongst this erupts a story of hate, greed, connectedness and love; reminding us that transition is undulating and often impossible to tell one from the other.

She further adds, ‘We can’t remain trapped in the mental coordinates of a world that no longer exists, our Life and Art will have to depict some semblance of reality or it won’t be relatable. We are living in historic times our response has to be lucid and synchronized with the times.’ We cudnt agree more with her when she further stated that ‘I don’t see a world with boundaries and if there are lines drawn by man they don’t have to exist in our hearts.’

A huge Hollywood name is next on her list, but she doesn’t divulge the name and says it’s going to be a shocker!

Due to the lockdown for the last 40 days, people have a big problem of eating and drinking due to the Corona virus. Many people have stopped earning due to the shutdown of work. Due to this, they do not even have money to eat. * Mahashakti Charitable Trust * came forward to help such people. They are making arrangements for food and drink for the needy people. Today, ‘Corona Fighter’ youth leaders are getting Vishal Bhagat introduced.

Vishal Bhagat is a businessman for money, but he loves to do social service. Due to Vishal Bhagat lockdown, he decided to help the poor people with his team of 20 people. Now, along with his team, he is feeding about 250 to 300 people daily in Mumbai.

Vishal Bhagat said that these are people who are homeless. They live on the streets. He could not see those people starving. He said that the above has given him a lot. So they are using it for a good cause. Rekha Tirupathi

While his team distributes food on one side, it also makes people aware of social distancing. The other members of the team, Sikander Sahu, Anil Bhai, Raju Bhai, Das Bhai, Sikander Sahu, Sanjay Sharma, Pintu Gupta, Mithilesh Singh, Joshep, told that the crowd gathered when they reached with food, sometimes with pea cheese and sometimes with cholabatura. is. Three people do the work of distributing food and the remaining people stand at a distance of one meter and make lines.

Sikander Sahu team gets up early in the morning. These people bring pulses, rice and vegetables from the wholesalers. Serving people continuously since last 40 days.

Vishal Bhagat told that he is able to do this work with the help of BMC and administration, now other people are also contacting him so that they can also come and help in this noble cause.

जरूरतमंदो के खाली प्लेटों को भरने की है असली जरूरत : रेखा व्यालपल्ली
लॉकडाउन में फँसे हज़ारों बिहार,झारखंड और यूपी के मज़दूर को रोज़ भोजन करा रही “रेखा चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट”
हैदराबाद। कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण को लेकर लॉकडाउन के दौरान हैदराबाद और आसपास के शहरों में हजारों की संख्या में बिहार,झारखंड और यूपी के मजूदर फंसे हैं। इन श्रमिकों के सामने खाने-पीने की समस्या आ गई है। इन श्रमिकों की मदद के लिए कई सामाजिक संस्था आगे आई है। इनमें भारतीय टेनिस खिलाड़ी रेखा व्यालपल्ली के नेतृत्व में सामाजिक संगठन “रेखा चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट” दिनरात भरपूर सहयोग करने में लगा है। रेखा चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट प्रतिदिन संकट में फंसे इन जरूरतमंद हज़ारों लोगो को खाद्य सामग्री किट मुहैया करा रहा है।
संस्था के संस्थापक रेखा व्यालपल्ली ने बताया कि करीब बीस हजार श्रमिकों के बीच खाद्य सामग्री किट का वितरण किया जा चुका है और हर रोज़ लगभग दो हज़ार लोग इसका लाभ लें रहें हैं। इस किट में चावल, आटा, दाल, आलू, प्याज, नमक, मसाला, तेल और चना शामिल है। रेखा आगे बताती हैं की संकट के इस घड़ी मे सभी लोग परेशान हैं लेकिन गर्भवती महिलाओं की परेशानी क़ुछ ज़्यादा ही है। इसलिए गर्भवती महिलाओं के लिए संस्था की ओर से एक विशेष किट की व्यवस्था की गयी है जिसमें एक कैरेट अंडे,ड्राय फ़्रूट,हरी सब्ज़ियाँ,बोर्नविटा,ब्रेड,मास्क़ और सेनिटाइज़र इत्यादि है।
रेखा चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट बच्चों का विशेष ख़्याल रखते हुए अंडे,ब्रेड,दूध, हिमालया बेबी केयर किट और जोंशन बेबी किट  का वितरण कर रही हैं।
हैदराबाद में फंसे बाँका,बिहार निवासी अभिमन्यु कुमार ने बताया कि लॉकडाउन के कारण पैसे की कमी हो गई है खाने-पीने का भी सामान समाप्त हो गया। वे कई लोगों के साथ मज़दूरी करते थे। अभिमन्यु के मुताबिक रेखा चेरिटेबल ट्रस्ट के लोगों ने उनकी सहायता की। बनारस निवासी मदन साहनी हैदराबाद में झरिया निवासी बिंदेश्वर चौपाल और अपने कुछ साथियों के साथ कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी में काम कर रहे थे और लॉकडाउन के दौरान ठेकेदार ने फोन उठाना बंद कर दिया। इसके बाद संस्था के अधिकारियों से संपर्क साधा गया। संस्था की पूरी टीम ने खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई।

     
रेखा ने बताया कि खाने-पीने के साथ जरूरतमंद लोगो को ढूंढने में  संस्था के पदाधिकारी दिन रात लगे हुए हैं। इसी प्रकार दर्जनों कार्यकर्ता विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में भी लगे हुए हैं। राहत सामग्री बाँटने के दौरान सोशल डिसटेंडिंग का पुरा ख़्याल रखा जाता है। जिसे मेंटेन रखने के लिए रेखा ने एक नायब तरीक़ा इख़्तियार किया है । वो अपने साथ साईकिल के टायर रखती हैं और हर एक मीटर की दूरी पर ज़रूरत मंदो को टायर के भीतर ही रह कर राहत सामग्री का लाभ लेना होता है। रेखा कहती हैं संकट के इस समय  में अधिक से अधिक ज़रूरत मंदो की हम मदद कर पायें यही हमारा लक्ष्य है। रेखा आगे कहती हैं, ‘‘इस समय गरीब और जरूरतमंद लोगों की मदद करने और खाली प्लेटों को भरने की असली जरूरत है। बिहार के हज़ारो लोग जो लॉकडाउन में फँस चुके हैं उनके लिए आज रोज़मर्रा की ज़िंदगी जीना बहुत कठिन है। अब वो समय आ गया जब इंसान इंसान के मदद को आगे आए और क्षेत्रवाद ना करते हुए हर इंसान की मदद करें।

Music Video Queen Annsh Shekhawat is swaying the hearts of people with her music album “Fikar” Annsh Shekhawat who has earlier acted in several music videos has now won the hearts of all the listeners with her new song Fikar. The song has been sung by Roshan Prince and composed by Milind Gaba. Besides these, Annsh has also worked in a lot of ad films and International projects. Annsh will be seen in a film very shortly in Bollywood.

While talking to us, Annsh reiterated that she is now all set to make her debut in Bollywood with the renowned South director Puri Jagannath, with Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda. Says Annsh, who has made a name for herself by taking part in several Miss India contests, “Though I hail from a typical Rajput family, my parents have always encouraged me to take up acting in films as a profession since I had always dreamed right from childhood of acting in films.”

 

Right from her childhood, Annsh who has participated in several competitions, besides playing in Badminton national in the national level competitions, is aware of the fact that her journey to the film industry will not be easy  but she is confident of reaching right at the top by dint of her diligence, hard work and perseverance.

Lockdown has been a great leveler. It has impacted businesses across the globe, industry and scale of business. However, whether you stay affected or recover lost ground depends on What You Do Now.

There is not much one can do about the Covid 19 situation. However, there is a lot that can be done during this period that can impact what happens after this phase of is over. In this article, I am sharing actions that an entrepreneur can take to ensure that once the business start again, he is ready to get rolling.

Let’s compare this situation with that of a car parked in your garage. One can’t drive it and go anywhere. And still, it has to be ensured that the car is started and moved around a bit every one or two days. If this part is ignored for a few days, the battery could get discharged and tyres lose air pressure. It will need a lot of time to get these issues rectified before one can take the car out.

Businesses today are like the car in your garage. If no action is taken in this period, it will take a lot of effort and time to get back on track. This will result in a lot of precious time wasted to recoup later and get rolling.

Here are 6 things, for an entrepreneur to do during lockdown to ensure that the batteries and tyres of our business are ready to roll when we decide to start our journey again.

1) Get used to the change

This phase could mean a complete paradigm change. Existing business models will tumble and new emerge. Accept the change and find out ways of operating in this new normal

2) Network

Identify partners in business. Customers, vendors, employees, banks, investors are some of the stakeholders who form a part of business ecosystem. Utilize this time to reach out to each one. Build relationships. Right now, everyone has the time to spare and interact

Customers: Take feedback from customers. Know what are the things you are doing well and what you need to change.

Talk to customers who have not done business with for some time and find out the reasons. Reach out to potential customers and understand their needs. Check if existing contracts have to be revised.

Vendors: Evaluate existing vendors, explore opportunities for better collaboration. Identify alternative vendors in case existing ones are unable to support in the new scenario. New regulations can impact sourcing.

Employees may be undergoing through a lot of mental stress and feeling insecure. Talk to employees, comfort them and ease their nerves. Do an analysis of job roles and responsibilities of each.

3) Plan your finances

Revisit next year goals. Instead of comparing with the past performance and worrying about reduced revenue, acknowledge the situation and revise to have realistic goals. Consider the required working capital, cash flows, break-even revenue and expenses and plan accordingly.

4) Marketing

Strategies to market your product may have to be changed. Find possibilities of going online (if feasible for your business). At the same time, businesses with local presence can focus on building personal relationship with customers

5) Get skilled

Learn new skills required for being effective. Identify the competencies to be developed for employees and get them trained . For ex. Sales team can work on improving their product knowledge.

6) Improve Processes

Review business processes, identify inefficiencies and re-engineer them.

This is the time to introspect, reflect, review and redesign the way we do business.  All of this needs a change in thinking process. What has worked so far may be redundant in the future. A business coach can help create new options and alternatives, identify areas of improvement and realign business objectives.

Focus on your systems rather than worrying about the end result. Do what needs to be done now and the results will follow. Make the best of available time and prime your engines to roar once you are back on the race-track.

Quarantine and lockdown is the only common word we are probably listening from everyone’s mouth these days. And seems like being bored has become it’s synonym. But to take away all the blues and induce a healthy spirit in this phase; singer, composer Hardik Tailor who is exclusively managed by Beyond Music has a treat for all. The Surat based artist has collaborated with Dubai’s popular, DJ Shadow for an upcoming music video titled Hamara India.

A combine effort and initiative by Viral Motani and Pakkhi Hegde’s Beyond Music and Nikesh’s Slash Productions, around 19 Indian actors will be featured in this video. The team of the song is totally Indian with a great feeling of joy and happiness. It highlights the merrier future after this dark phase. The artists have shot the video from their home.

Actors Sayantani Ghosh, Barkha Sengupta, Gurdip Punjj, Raqesh Bapat, Shubhangi Atre Poorey, Debina Bonnerjee, Vishal Singh, Lizaa Malik, Karan Veer Mehra, Gulfam Khan Hussain, Rukhsar Rehman, Giaa Manek, Bhumika Gurung, Pakkhi Hegde, Reem Sameer Sheikh, Nikita Rawal, Gizele Thakral, Sonali Raut and Aniruddh Dave will be featured in the song.

कोरोना के खिलाफ जंग लड़ता योद्धा संदीप यादव एव साथी।

जिस वक्त से पूरा विश्व कोरोना नामक महामारी का शिकार हुए है, भारत देश भी इससे अछूता नहीं रह, परंतु इस विषम परिस्थितियों में कोरोना से जंग लड़ने के लिए कई वीर योद्धा मैदान में कूद पड़े।

संदीप यादव (भा ज यू मो, BJYM मुम्बई नार्थ वेस्ट के वाईस प्रेसिडेंट) ऐसे ही एक जबरदस्त योद्धा है, वे शान्तनु अगस्ति (भा ज यू मो BJYM नार्थ वेस्ट मुम्बई के प्रेसिडेंट), के सहयोग से जरूरतमंदों को राशन वितरण कर रहे हैं।

संदीप यादव का कहना है ” हमारे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी, महाराष्ट्र विपक्ष के नेता देवेन्द्र फडणवीस जी, भा ज यू मो (BJYM) प्रेजिडेंट पूनम महाजन जी, भा ज यू मो मुम्बई अध्यक्ष श्री तेजिंदर तिवाना जी, श्री मोहित भारतीय जी, विधायक एव मुम्बई अध्यक्ष मंगल प्रभात लोढा जी, विधायक अमित साटम जी, विधायक भारती लावेकार जी, विधायक विद्या ठाकुर जी, रघुनाथ कुलकर्णी जी, भाजपा युवा मोर्चा जिला अध्यक्ष श्री शान्तनु अगस्ति जी, भाजपा जिला अध्यक्ष, संतोष मेढेकर जी, महाराष्ट्र सचिव संजय पांडे जी, के मार्गदर्शन में हम और हमारे साथी पुरजोर तरीक़े से इस खतरनाक वायरस से जंग लड़ रहे हैं।

मैं, शान्तनु जी और अपने भा ज यू मो की पूरी टीम के संग, ज़रूरतमंदों, वरिष्ठ नागरिकों और बाहर से आये हुए मज़दूरों की हर तरह से चाहे राशन हो, दवा हो, सेनिटाइजर हो, मास्क हो हर चीज का वितरण कर रहे हैं। जो भी रिक्वेस्ट किसी भी ज़रिये खास कर ट्विटर से मिलता है, उसे हर संभव तरीके से पूरी करते हैं। अभी तक तकरीबन १० हज़ार किलो से अधिक खाद्य सामग्री, सीधे ज़रूरतमंद लोगो तक पहुंचाई गई है, कई इमारतों का सेनिटीजेशन रहिवासियो के प्रार्थना पर किया गया है, ये सारे काम अभी भी शिफ्टों में हमारे साथी कर रहे हैं।

    

इस आपदा की घड़ी में, मैं हर हिंदुस्तानी का आवाहन करता हूँ, की वह किसी भी पार्टी का हो, किसी भी धर्म का हो, किसी भी नस्ल का हो, सब भूल कर सिर्फ इंसानियत को ध्यान रखे, विश्वास रखे हम कोरोना से जंग अवश्य जीतेंगे और हमारे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी इस देश को पुनः सफलता की ऊँचाई पर ले जाएंगे।
