Ram Gopal Varma – the man behind gangster and ganglord films like Satya, Company and the Sarkar series has released the title track of his film aptly named Khatra.
As RGV treads in to dangerous territory with an eponymous film called Dangerous – the film is being billed as India’s 1st lesbian crime/action/love story since the Supreme Court annulled section 377, thus making same-sex relationships legitimate. The film features beauty queens Naina Ganguly and Apsara Rani in the lead in the Tricky Media Production of the Ram Gopal Varma offering.
“With regard to making Dangerous the 1st lesbian love/crime/action film in India, ever since the honourable Supreme Court repealed section 377, my intention is to give love it’s due respect, no matter between whom and also to send a message out there that love stories should not be restricted to heterosexuals and can be made in 4 other communities namely LGBT,” says Ram Gopal Varma about the film.
Khatra is billed as the most erotic song ever from RGV’s stable which includes his like Sapne Mein Milti Hai, Rangeela Re and Hai Rama and it does not feature a male hero.

एसबीआई होम लोन्स की ओर से पुणे में सबसे बड़े व भव्य प्रॉपर्टी एक्सपो का आयोजन

इस आयोजन के बारे में एसबीआई के एक प्रवक्ता कहते हैं, “पुणे की रियल एस्टेट इंडस्ट्री की ओर से उपभोक्ताओं को उनकी इच्छानुसार निवेश करने और घर ख़रीदने के इच्छुकों को उनका ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट दिलाने के लिए सुनहरा मौका उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है. ग़ौरतलब है कि बहुसंख्य रियल एस्टेट विशेषज्ञ ख़रीदारों को प्रॉपर्टी ख़रीदने में देरी नहीं करने की सलाह दे रहे हैं. एसबीआई प्रॉपर्टी एक्सपो में सभी तरह की उपभोक्ताओं की ज़रूरतों और उनकी जीवनशैली के मद्देनज़र विभिन्न प्रकार व आकार के घर ख़रीदने के विकल्प उपलब्ध होंगे. घरों के लोकेशन से लेकर ईएमआई की आसान किश्तों तक सभी तरह के विशेष प्रावधान किये गये हैं. एक्सपो में शामिल होनेवाले तमाम डेवलपर अच्छी पृष्ठभूमि से ताल्लुक रखते हैं. उल्लेखनीय है कि एसबीआई हमेशा से ही उपभोक्ताओं की सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता देता रहा है.”

घरों की बिक्री संबंधी बाज़ार की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, देश के 7 प्रमुख शहरों में घरों की बिक्री में 113% का इज़ाफ़ा हुआ है. ख़रीदारों व निवेशकों के सकारात्मक रुख़ और विकासशील बाज़ार के तेज़ी से खुलने की प्रक्रिया के चलते इसमें और अधिक बढ़ोत्तरी की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है.

इस संबंध में एसबीआई के एक प्रवक्ता कहते हैं, “एसबीआई प्रॉपर्टी एक्सपो से कई तरह की उम्मीदें की जा सकती हैं. घर से ही काम (वर्क फ्रॉम होम) करने के मद्देनज़र बड़े व विशाल आकार के घर ख़रीदने के इच्छुकों के लिए इस एक्सपो में विभिन्न प्रकार की प्रॉपर्टी उपलब्ध हैं. इसके अलावा, इस एक्सपो में शामिल होनेवाले उपभोक्ताओं को हमारी तरफ़ से किफ़ायती ब्याज़ दरों का लाभ दिया जाएगा. निश्चित तौर पर ये घर ख़रीदने के इच्छुक लोगों के चेहरों पर मुस्कान लाने की एक बेहतरीन कोशिश है. प्लॉट व साइट की ख़रीद, घरों के निर्माण, फ़्लैट व बने-बनाए घर की ख़रीदने को लेकर एसबीआई से ऋण हासिल किया जा सकता है. इसके अतिरिक्त, टॉप-अप लोन अथवा अन्य बैंकों से गृह ऋण को एसबीआई में शिफ़्ट करने का भी विशेष प्रावधान है. इन तमाम सुविधाओं के माध्यम से उपभोक्ताओं को लाभ पहुंचाने का पूरा ख़्याल रखा जा रहा है.”

उल्लेखनीय है कि एक्सपो‌ में शामिल होकर ज़ीरो प्रोसेसिंग चार्ज का लाभ उठाया जा सकता है. इतना ही नहीं, अपने नाम पर ऋण लेनेवाली महिलाएं ब्याज दर में छूट भी पा सकती हैं. प्री-पेमेंट करने पर किसी भी तरह की पैनेलिटी नहीं लगाने का भी विशेष प्रावधान किया गया है. इसके अलावा, रोज़ाना घटते बैलेंस के आधार पर ब्याज लेने की भी व्यवस्था की गई है.

उपभोक्ता प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजाना संबंधी लाभ उठाने के साथ-साथ CBIL स्कोर पर आधारित किफ़ायती ब्याज दर पा सकते हैं. महाराष्ट्र में घर ख़रीदनेवाली महिलाओं को इस वित्तीय वर्ष से एक फ़ीसदी कम स्टैम्प ड्यूटी भरने का भी लाभ दिया जा रहा है. चाहे ऋण की राशि कितनी भी क्यों न हो, YONO प्लेटफॉर्म के ज़रिए भी एसबीआई के ऋण‌ के लिए अर्ज़ी दी जा सकती है.

खेसारी लाल यादव, आम्रपाली दुबे की ‘आशिकी’ का ट्रेलर हुआ रिलीज,  दिया प्रेम के पराकाष्ठा की मिसाल

भोजपुरी ट्रेंडिंग स्टार खेसारी लाल यादव और यूट्यूब क्वीन अम्रपाली दुबे पिछले कुछ दिनों से अपनी अपकमिंग फिल्म ‘आशिकी’ को लेकर चर्चा में थे। इनकी जोड़ी इस फिल्म से पहली बार पर्दे पर रोमांस करते हुए दिखाई देगी। ऐसे में इन्हें साथ देखने के लिए फैंस काफी एक्साइटेड थे। इसी बीच अब इस मूवी की ट्रेलर वीडियो लॉन्च किया जा चुका है, जिसमें दोनों एक-दूसरे के प्यार में नजर आ रहे हैं। इनकी फिल्म में जहां प्यार-मोहब्बत देखने के लिए मिल रही है साथ ही इसमें समाज के कड़वे सच का भी आइना दिखाया गया है।

दरअसल, भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘आशिकी’ के ट्रेलर वीडियो देखने के लिए मिल रहा है कि खेसारी एक ब्राह्मण परिवार से ताल्लुक रखते हैं और एक्ट्रेस एक नीचली जाति से संबंध रखती हैं। लेकिन, एक्टर को जाति से कोई मतलब नहीं होता है और उन्हें आम्रपाली से प्यार हो जाता है। इसके बाद फिल्म का टर्निंग प्वॉइंट होता है सभी से ऊपर होकर बिना जाति-पांति को मानें शादी कर लेना। इसके बाद इसमें जबरदस्त एक्शन सीन, रोमांस और एक्टर का बॉलीवुड वाला स्टाइल देखने के लिए मिलता है। इसके साथ ही खेसारी को इसमें भोलेनाथ का भक्त दिखाया गया है, जो बड़े बालों में चिल्लम फूंकते भी दिखेंगे। इसका ट्रेलर काफी बेहतरीन है। इसके वीडियो ने दर्शकों की एक्साइटमेंट को और भी बढ़ा दिया है। लोग इसकी रिलीज का बेसब्री से अब तो इंतजार कर रहे हैं और इनके बीच की केमिस्ट्री को लोग खूब पसंद कर रहे हैं। इनकी जोड़ी लोगों की उम्मीद पर खरी उतरते दिख रही है।

आपको बता दें कि फिल्म के निर्देशक पराग पाटिल हैं, जो कि कई हिट्स दे चुके हैं। इसकी सह निर्माता अनीता शर्मा व पदम सिंह हैं. फिल्म का निर्माण बाबा मोशन पिक्चर प्रा.लि. के बैनर तले हुआ है, जिन्होंने एक्टर के साथ पहले ‘डमरू’, ‘लिट्टी चोखा’ जैसी सफल फिल्में दी है और एक फिल्म ‘सबका बाप अंगूठा छाप’ निर्माणाधीन है और अगली फिल्म ‘विधाता’ जल्द ही फ्लोर पर जाएगी।
