Mumbai. The trailer of the Hindi film “Chakkar Chavanni Ka” was launched at the IMPPA Theatre in Mumbai. The film is produced by Dr. Arvind Dixit and Mrs. Rama Dixit, and directed by D.P. Singh (Dev). Dr. Arvind Dixit is also the writer of the film. Akram Khan is the DoP and Mohd Sohail is the editor. The film, made under the banner of Dixit Film Production, has a unique and comic title, and the story is equally interesting.
Special thanks were extended to Samar K. Mukherjee of Digi Filming for his significant contribution to the making of the film. South Indian actress Sanchi Rai was also present as a guest and praised the trailer.
The film’s main cast includes Priom Gujjar, Janhvi Chauhan, Zahid M Shah, Sunita Chauhan, Ramesh Goyal, Deepu Srivastava, Raj Malhotra, Anjum Khan, Naveen Stephen, and Rinku Rangeela. Many guests, including the producers, were present at the trailer launch. Everyone appreciated the film’s trailer. The film’s producer said that the story is full of comedy at every turn.
Comedian Deepu Srivastava performed comedy on stage and also played a good role in the film. Ramesh Goyal also did excellent work in the film. The film’s distributor, Rakesh Bhadoria, was also present on the occasion. Music composer Dilip Sen also graced the event with his presence.
It is worth mentioning that director D.P. Singh (Dev) has previously directed a Hindi film titled “Belagaam”. He mentioned the support of the film’s producer, Dr. Arvind Dixit, without whose cooperation this would not have been possible.
Producer Dr. Arvind Dixit said that this is his first step in the film industry. He connected with Samar Mukherjee through social media. He learned from his institute, which he found quite challenging. He is the principal of a college. Samar ji liked the story he wrote. He is a spiritual person and considers his guru as God. Despite unfavorable circumstances and limited resources, the decision was made to make the film. We met director Dev Ji, whose nature we found very appealing. Shooting began in Rajasthan on September 11th. All the actors endured the intense heat and sunshine. I have great faith in Lord Shiva. Everything happens by God’s will. It’s fortunate that the film has now reached the release stage and will be released in theaters on February 6th.
Director Dev Ji welcomed all the guests and said that Dr. Sahib gave them complete creative freedom. The DOP did excellent work. All the actors gave fantastic performances, and the film was made possible because of teamwork.
The film’s dialogues are very good. The background score and title song are also good. The producer and director have also acted in the film.
Samar K. Mukherjee said that watching the trailer made him want to see the film. Making a film requires passion, not just money, and he congratulated Dr. Dixit. He has made a commendable effort.
The music is by J.K. Azmi and P. Max. The writer is Dr. Arvind Dixit, while the BGM is by Priyaraj Mandal. Makeup was done by Sandeep Yadav and Rinku Rangeela, and lighting and equipment were provided by Praveen Kumar. The art director is C.P. Sen, sound mixing is by Prabhat Kumar, associate director is Ajay K. Yadav, creative producer is Zahid M. Shah, creative director is Dr. Arvind Dixit, and DI was done by Ashok Verma.
Writer and producer Dr. Arvind Dixit’s upcoming films are Dhanya Dhenu, Palak Putli, Dhaiya, and Bhola. The scripts are ready, and shooting for the film Dhanya Dhenu will begin in March 2026.
